Lily Pad Wellness is now open! We are accepting new patients. Welcome! My name is Stephanie Clark. I have been a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Pocatello for over a decade. It is my intention as the owner of Lily Pad Wellness to create a safe, compassionate and nurturing environment to help people navigate through mental health challenges. I love assisting others in creating a life that is meaningful and fulfilling. At the core, I believe change is possible. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders including: Depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD, and Panic Disorder. I also treat ADHD and Thought Disorders. I offer psychiatric medication management and also counseling services. These can be combined in one visit for ease of scheduling. At your first visit, we'll talk about what you are struggling with and go over different options for treatment. My primary therapy frameworks are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). We accept many commercial insurance plans and also offer a cash rate to clients without insurance. See below for insurances that we accept. Note that we are "out of network" for UMR insurance. We are "in network" for all other insurances listed below. At this time Lily Pad Wellness is not accepting Medicaid or Medicare for insurance.
